In so many ways we are blessed at Crumplebury, despite the circumstances in which we find ourselves. While the hospitality industry nurses its wounds, we are reminded that all around us our organic livestock thrives, the crops have grown and – when face masks and temperature checks are a thing of the past – we are fantastically placed to make 2021 a year full of celebration. But not until the time is right.

Welcome to Crumplebury and welcome to our family home. Set in the heart of the Herefordshire countryside, we’re surrounded by splendid woodland, luscious green fields and the happy animals on our home farm.
Crumplebury was the name of Whitbourne Estate’s old pigsty. The 18th century red brick build remains at the centre of what is now an exquisite, modern space, and is home to our fine-dining restaurant, Green Cow Kitchens.
At Crumplebury, we pair the warmth of a family service with a deep care for culinary excellence, we celebrate seasonality and showcase the freshest produce grown in our woods, our fields and our kitchen gardens. We curate bespoke events and delight in the extraordinary. Whatever your dream, we have the space and the imagination to make it a reality.
