Our response to Coronavirus

23rd June 2020 update

We deeply miss being able to welcome you to our family home. Spring has sprung on the estate. We're grateful for the greenery, the frolicking lambs and the beautiful calves. It's exciting to see wild flowers appearing in the Crumplebury meadow.

Green Cow Kitchens

We’re as excited as you are at the prospect of being able to welcome you back to Green Cow Kitchens soon. While the Government is lifting some restrictions on the hospitality industry on July 4th, we will be taking a few more weeks to bring our brilliant team back into the fold. This is to ensure when we do open, Green Cow is looking incredible and our menus are as innovative and as exceptional as they have always been. And most importantly, by the time we do open our doors, we’ll have implemented all the measures you’d expect us to, to keep you, your loved ones and our team safe.

We’ll also be offering some cool, Covid-secure, exclusive use packages for groups of up to 22 who want to escape to our rural bubble for the weekend and enjoy some fabulous al fresco food and fresh Herefordshire air.

Please sign up here to if you’d like to be the first to know when we’re taking bookings, from late July onwards.

For Crumplebury events due to happen between now and the end of June 2020

Unless there are significant developments in public policy, we are working on the basis that Crumplebury will be closed for events and viewings until the end of June (at the earliest). We have successfully been able to move all of our events scheduled during this period to later in the year or 2021. Thank you to all of our customers for being so warm and understanding as we navigate through the maze of uncertainty.

---------------------------------------------

For Crumplebury events due to happen between July and September 2020

We are offering to secure a “back-up” date for events in this period, just in case. This ensures that all of our customers have a Plan B in place should the regulations mean that we’re unable to host events. If we do need to reschedule, we will honour all the original pricing details.

For Crumplebury events due to happen from October 2020

We hope that these can go ahead as planned. We are working on this basis, but will be ready to move events if necessary.
