We love to take the party outdoors. Marry in Longfield Wood. Kick start your celebration with a feast in a farm field. We have 1500 acres on which to play – together, let’s get inspired!
Our 11 bedrooms sleep 22 in spoiling comfort. Our beds can all be configured in twin or super-king form. Ginormous roll-top baths come as standard!
We’re passionate about great wine and delicious cocktails and we have an extensive bar list. We’ll take pleasure in designing a drinks menu that suits you and your itinerary. We don’t permit corkage.
We source our organic beef, pork and lamb from the home farm, our game from the woods and we forage the estate for seasonal treats. Our chefs will work with you to curate your perfect foodie experience. We happily cater for any dietary requirements and can of course provide menu examples with costings.
We do not allow external caterers.
We understand just how hard it is to leave those amazing baths behind! We curate bespoke celebrations and would be delighted to discuss different arrival and departure permutations with you.
Absolutely. We have 15 handmade wooden tables and 12 large round tables.
Of course, but please ensure that it is natural, organic or biodegradable. We strive to tread as lightly as possible on the planet. Dried flower petals are beautiful and leave no trace.
Unfortunately not. Set at the heart of the home farm, we are careful not to harm or distress the animals in any way.
Yes. All amplified music must be plugged into our own state of the art PA system.
The entire property is served with underfloor heating. For environmental reasons, we do not have conventional air conditioning, but rather an Air Handling System which draws in cool evening air and pumps into the Grand Hall and bar area. On very hot days, the main space can become warm and so we do keep “emergency” air con unit onsite to bring the temperature down as needed; but as a modern and well insulated building, we don’t have any difficulties.
