Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
a. Reservations can be made through our website, over the phone, or via email.
b. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
c. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a penalty charge equivalent to the full stay.
d. Non-refundable or special promotional rates may have different cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated during the reservation process.

 

Check-in and Check-out:
a. Check-in time and check-out times will vary depending on the nature of the event at Crumplebury and will be confirmed at time of booking.
b. Valid identification, such as a passport or government-issued ID, and a valid credit card are required at check-in for all guests.

 

Room Policies:
a. Maximum occupancy per room is 2 adults guests. Additional charges may apply for extra guests or additional bedding.
b. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor public areas. A designated smoking area is available for smokers.
c. Pets are not allowed, except for service animals with proper documentation.
d. Any damage caused to Crumplebury by guests during their stay may result in additional charges.

 

Crumplebury Amenities and Services:
a. The availability of certain amenities and services may be subject to change without prior notice.
b. Crumplebury reserves the right to refuse service to guests who violate the our policies or behave in a manner that disrupts the comfort and safety of other guests or staff.

 

Liability:
a. Crumplebury is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay.
b. Guests are responsible for their own safety and should exercise caution and follow any posted rules or instructions within the Crumplebury premises.

 

Privacy Policy:
a. Crumplebury respects your privacy and will only collect and use personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
