We’ve had so many lovely emails from you asking us to run it one more time. A last hurrah, if you will, to celebrate Christmas and 10 wonderful years of Green Cow.
On Friday 8th December, we will host once again an intimate evening in the pigsty. Fire roaring, tables beautifully dressed with wintry woodland treasures and seven, deliciously seasonal courses…
Raise a toast to the most wonderful time of the year, and hear from Executive Chef Kevin Barron as he explains the provenance of each dish – every plate carefully curated to reflect what’s at its very best on the Crumplebury home farm and Whitbourne Estate. From organic meat to culinary treasures foraged from the woods and hedgerows, it’s a foodie experience like no other.
After a night of feasting, stay the night in one of our Farms & Coppices bedrooms, or go all out and hunker down in the Oakley, our most spoiling of suites. After a delicious night’s sleep, wake to birdsong, a hearty Herefordshire breakfast and 1,500 acres of private estate to explore.
Timings: Arrive at 7.15pm for snacks inspired by the farm, with dinner service starting at 7.30pm
